Prompt Media Hungary Kft. processes the data you provide while using the demo in order to operate the software and save your practice sessions. Details are in the Privacy Notice.

• Data controller: Prompt Media Hungary Kft.
• Data processed: email address, optionally name and company, interface language, the content of your practice (scenarios, transcripts, feedback, message plans), your consent history and usage.
• Video recordings stay in your browser and are never uploaded. In Chrome, speech recognition is performed by the browser vendor.
• The practice's AI functions run on OpenAI's service: the text of your situation, answers and message is sent to the OpenAI API. The application runs on Railway's servers, and Supabase handles sign-in.
• Marketing emails are sent only with separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time on the Account page.
• Retention periods, legal bases and your rights will be described in full in the final notice.
